About RArob 2023

2023 3rd International symposium on Research and Applications of Robotics (RArob 2023) will take place in Nanjing, China, during March 24-26, 2023, which is in conjunction with 2023 3rd International Conference on Robotics and Control Engineering (RobCE 2023). RArob 2023 is organized by Southeast University and Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME). Focusing on the international research and key application domains of robot and control engineering, around the theme of innovative development of intelligent society, RArob is going to conduct high level academic communication and display the latest achievements, build the international collaborative innovation platform. We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit your research papers to RArob 2023, and share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other top-scientists, engineers and scholars from all over the world.

All submissions will be peer reviewed, and all registered and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings. The publisher will submit articles to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication.

Regsitration Guide

After recevied notification, authors need to download and complete the registration form, then, finish the payment of registration fee and send your final papers (both doc and pdf format), filled registration form (doc format) and the scanned payment proof to us. Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment can be made in USD or CNY.

    *Author: Submit abstract or full paper, present it on the conference.
    * The registered and presented papers can be free published in the Conference Proceeding for 8 pages (Single column-Word) or 5 pages (Double columns-LateX). If the paper exceeds 8 pages (Single column-Word) or 5 pages (Double columns-LaTex), extra pages should be paid at 70USD/page.
    *Student author: Provide a valid certificate from their departments(only for the first author).
    *HKSME member: Provide a valid member ID.
    * Listeners: Attend the conference only, without submission and publication.

1. The papers will be published online.

2. Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of paper must be done by one of author(s) of the paper. Otherwise the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings.

3. The retrieval information of publications listed above only reflects the current situation, if there are any changes, the organizer doesn’t assume any responsibility. The conference organizer cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular databases.

4. Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers.

5. The conference organizer is not responsible for any accommodation process. You can seek your hotel on your own.

6. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener.

Cancellation Policy

1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons.

2. The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.

3. The conference organizers reserves the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.

4. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail, the final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers
a. Registration cancellations are made prior to Feb. 24, 2023, 70% of the registration fee will be returned.
b. There are no refunds on meeting registrations, social events and tours for cancellations after Feb. 24, 2023(including Feb. 24, 2023).
